well when i saw it it was pretty nasty.. i was a bit surprised they said two breaks and a lot of tearing.. but i let it go, i knew you would get him to someone good to make sure it is fixed right..
at least now if he gets out of line you can threaten to swat the cast.. and he will straighten up.. ;-)
