Both are friendly, but still not comfortable in their current environment. That meant for Lance he wanted to stay in his safety basket, but he did put up with some lap time for a bit. Otherwise while he was in his basket he'd roll over, purr up a storm, and crane his head around for more chin rubs. Galahad actually was much more mobile, when it was quiet he'd happily roam around, snack, and then wander over and demand pettings. For some reason he got very twitch when ever he heard walking in the hallway or the door opened, immediate fight or flight response. We found we could keep him calmer and out in the open by talking to him and petting during those moments. I'm really looking forward to seeing them come out of their shells once they have a place to get comfy and settle.
I'm also looking forward to being pinned down by them and a big heavy quilt on the couch. : )
