They've gotten a LOT of rain out there. A lot even for the Northwest... That's Interstate 5, parts of it submerged in over 6 feet of water. The commute from Seattle, WA to Portland, OR (usually 2.5ish hours) now takes 7 HOURS, as people have to go through the passes in the Cascade Mountains. Not much fun, if you ask me...

If it don't stop raining, levee's gonna break...

wow... it's going to take a *huge* wet-dry vac to clean that up! I hope your grandma is doing well.

Hee. :) Yeah... it's going to be a mess for a while. Grandma's on high ground, for the most part, so she and her neighborhood are ok, but it's hard to get anywhere if they want to get out of Kenmore!
