Adventures in Baking, second edition

Time (thyme?) for more bread! Currently rising in the warm spot under the stairs, for consumption at Creativity night this week: Garlic Thyme bread. I neglected to read the recipe completely before going shopping this evening, so no whole wheat flour, but hopefully it will come out OK. (and the lack of whole wheat + garlic may prove enticing for Twig... picky picky picky about his bread.)
