Fencing tonight! I swung a sword around! Semi-effectively! My arm hurts now... but it's a muscles-haven't-been-used ache, not a oh-god-what-did-I-do ache. Need to rebuild wrist strength. Forearm is pretty much useless (as I expected), and my muscles near my elbow are still reorganizing themselves, perhaps.
Only got a few bouts in before I decided to listen to my body and stop. But it felt really, really good to grab that sword grip for something more than flexibility exercises.
