I has made teh nom nom noms. The three-cheese (Parmesan, Asiago, Romano) bread from Panera's recipe is the most delicious thing I have ever baked. EVAR. I may just have to make another batch... maybe. I hope it re-warms well for tomorrow... It is delicious directly out of the oven. Possibly a good thing, though, to put aluminum foil down on the baking sheet, as the cheese does tend to ooze and stick a bit... But. SO YUMMY. And so not going to make my tummy happy if I have too much of it... cheese, and all. But it just might be worth it...

Also cookies! Leafy shaped ones! And I recall why, exactly, the last time I did this I got frustrated, chucked the first batch, and ended up making my own dough, rather than use Ms. Crocker's from the grocery store. It's awful to work with, the mix... I did manage to beat it into submission, and get good cut cookies out of it, but the fussing and massaging to get it to that point is a royal pain in the butt.

Turkey will go in the oven soon... plans are for dinner to happen at 3 PM chez [livejournal.com profile] alexsaintpierre and [livejournal.com profile] ninian_vesalius. Gravy to be done there. I must collect my supplies and other foods and dishes in my Mobile Kitchen Box (tm). Now to find out if I need to run to Shaw's and get a larger roasting pan... eep.

Eeheehee. I'll remember that... :) The recipe is a few days back. Very easy!
