A successful Hunt

felis_lupusWent to the Endewearde Hunt in Newburgh yesterday. A lovely, relaxing event. My first experience with cold-weather (and it wasn't even that cold, really) camping. I did not freeze, though my nose got kinda cold. Spent most of Saturday sitting in the sun by a little pond, doing embroidery with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
anna_mickel and ninian_vesalius. A fine way to spend a day. Many paper targets were slain by other members of the Haushold, and victory was had by Boden in the thrown weapons tourney. A good time had by all. Had to leave far earlier than anybody would have liked, thanks to the call of responsibility...

Responsibility be darned tomorrow, the first day I can sleep past 7:30 in about 2 weeks. I plan to. Then there is much to be done.
1. Call insurance, figure out why I am still getting a bill for a procedure that I never had... not cool.
2. Spend day in car:
2a. take recycling stuff
2b. register to vote (though I think I already am... won't hurt to do it again, I guess)
2c. Go to dentist, get recommendation for a good orthodontist, see what my options are to hopefully eliminate the pain and apparent misalignment in my jaw that appeared last Sunday morning, and has made me a bit miserable for the last week. Things have shifted, and I don't know how or why. Teeth should not touch the way mine are touching. I don't want braces again. nrrgghh...
2d. Visit Ninian at work, hopefully pick up some fishnet stockings... I has plans... muahaha. Haven't been to a costume/Halloween shop in ages, we'll see what else I find.
2e. Fish store. Need a lightbulb, and a few catfish for the 5 gallon tank. Next week I'll work on getting the minnows, if the catfish survive. Lightbulb burned out, hopefully the whole hood mechanism didn't fry... I don't want to try and find a discontinued aquarium part.
2f. Walmart? Home Despot? Need more shelves for the basement.
3. Return Home. Try to find the living room. To find the living room, we must clean the basement.kurlon made good progress on that today. Once we find the living room (and the basement), his car can be emptied, and I can move a few things down from my sewing room, and find the floor again! Scary, really... we literally have to clean the apartment from the bottom up...
So... it appears that my day off is not going to be very restorative... I'll get another one in a week, I think... ehheh... Flowers at work this week, am nervous about getting everything right for the wedding... commence panic on my mark...
