Lazy Sunday

felis_lupusSlept till 10:00 today. Wonderful. Late night last night. I was "just going to do a little bit of outlining" on the scroll after I finished the whitework, but the paint was perfect. I am, at this point, not going to argue with perfectly mixed paint, because I may never get it right again. Only thing left to do is the little marginalia-type details. Debating on whether or not I should start the background today, or wait. Will probably just dive in, as it is the easier part of the ones left. Mixing paint is not my forte, and I will need some tricky colors.
Also need to decide which photos to put in the Lion's Road SCA photo pool for picture of the year. Folks can submit up to 4. I have three picked out... need one more.
A milestone today, of sorts... yesterday/today marks the exact midpoint of the month. Halfway through the insanity and inane blather that makes up the month o' blogposts. Also better than I've done, ever, at keeping any sort of Journal. I think. Will be nice, at least, to see (maybe) a solid block of color in the calender at least once.
